Costa Coffee - Wigan

This Costa located in the Spinning Jenny shopping mall is always bustling with activity. The menu offers a wide variety of food, drinks, and cakes, all served by a welcoming group of baristas.

Costa needs to seriously consider letting go some of their staff at this branch, disgusting treatment of customers that even involved a young man with brown hair chasing an elderly lady out of the shop. It’s disgusting, I hope he isn’t working there for much longer.

Lots of sanitizer on a table inside. Pity they didn't use it on the tables outside. Tray was disgusting as it was filthy. Need to sort this out!!!

We visited Costa Coffee over Next on Parsonage Retail Park in Leigh. A busy place with great staff and good food but very tatty these days! The place was grubby and in need of do.e attention. Newspapers were two days old and dirty tissues were left around. The couch that we used was well worn and grubby and the windows were full of greasy fingetprints. Wouldn't expect this poor level of finish.

I just went for a coffee. The tray had never been cleaned and was disgusting. I recommend visiting Brew Boy or Twentymans instead, as both are excellent options.
