We ordered food on my app my ticket expired while I nipped to the loo . Manager not very friendly and not bothered about losing a customer he needs to be trained up properly not capable of doing his job View all feedback.
Been this evening and just wanted to say that the young lad who was serving this evening was such a wonderful guy, had the best customer service I've ever received in wigan since living here. Really friendly and happy guy. Also would just like to add get some new covers for the booth look like someone has been eating the chairs and some ice would be cool also the new self service really cool but no good when you can't order the full range of drinks for kids meals. But overall good food, good service. Don't forget the ice really wanted some ice!!!
Once again, the Whopper with cheese meal was fantastic.
Burger King is always overlooked, but as a change, often its better than other fast food burger chains : just not as many around. Good food, cooked fresh is what it is, fast food burgers :
Service was great how the steff delt with the rude delivery guy was outstanding also entertaining
It's the best burger house in the Wigan/Skelmersdale area. The staff need to come out and clean the tables a bit more, and the toilets are dire.
