While the restaurant is not easy to find. ins grand hotel with the lift in the 7th floor and then right! because left is another restaurant. the service is very... read more While the restaurant is not easy to find. ins grand hotel with the lift in the 7th floor and then right! because left is another restaurant. the service is very accommodating and adapts to the wish. the "Great from the kitchen" surprises very positiw and when the sushi comes, the heart is happy. the whole garnished in a beautiful and quiet ambiente makes lunch easy to experience. this is also to be paid.

The Nigiris were ser... read more Unkai Sushi Bar belongs to the Unkai Restaurant on the 7th floor why our expectations were quite high. Unfortunately, they couldn't be met. The Nigiris were served with too much rice and the fish very thinly cut. I personally prefer them richer. The rice for...the roles was too hard, which is an indicator, that they were ready made. The Japanese lady who served us during our meal however was super friendly.

The product is stan... read more A basic sushi experience which is a surprise as it’s attached to a very fancy hotel. I do like to see an old chef making it in front of you. The product is standard though with too mild wasabi and a lack of ginger so...you need to ask for extra. For the high price it needs to be better
