We have ordered a double room for 2 nights via booking. We received confirmation that we will receive a room with safe and minibar. When we arrived, we received a storage chamber. In there it was absolutely impossible to run normally as a disabled person, so the second person had to sit on the bed so that the other person could walk in the room. After a complaint we received an appropriate room. However, there was no safe in any of these rooms and no minibar. There was only a bottle of tap water in the first room. In the other room the water was at least with carbonic acid.The breakfast was then also the lowest drawer. It was calculated 15 €, and there were packaged sausages that were placed on a tray from the packaging. It was beer ham, paprika sausage a variety of cheese, salami and small liver sausage. The scrambled eggs and the ham were completely empty and as a man brought replenishment, three people could just serve. Then the buns were missing again and when they were ordered, a servant came with a large basket. There were six rolls. There were missing spoons, bowls, plates, it was repainted every time and nothing was seen alone. When we went out of breakfast as the last visitor, the agitator was filled shortly before, which would have been enough for 20 people. And that, although the breakfast time was over! From this hotel we were so disappointed that we will never descend there again!
