The restaurant is as fascinating as the hotel. The positive first. the platte’s is very nicely furnished and the service is very friendly and attentive. we weren't so fond of eating. as a soothing lover, a l... read more The positive first. the platte’s is very nicely furnished and the service is very friendly and attentive. we weren't so fond of eating. as a soothing lover, a lot to me the Scottish swirl soup to secret recipe. as an appetizer. there was then a curry cream suppe with a couple of wobbles as a deposit. the typical taste of a wobble soup could not be made out. what was mischievous about it could not explain to me the nice operation. but that was probably the secret of the suppe. to make it clear again, the suppe has not tasted bad but unfortunately cooked past themes. then we had a flaky cake. the ingredients were all very fresh but that alone does not yet make a good flame cake. Overall, these were very dry and only in the middle well occupied. it remained a very dry 3-4 cm wide edge. to be happy again. to eat rather not.
