Wingstop - Wichita

The restaurant frequently makes mistakes with orders and lacks professionalism. They no longer play live music. My order has been incorrect two out of three times.

I was in the city for work and wanted to watch football while enjoying some wings. I placed an order online for untiring wings. When my order arrived, I noticed that there was excessive oil dripping off the wings, which was unappetizing. Additionally, my order was prepared before I arrived, so my wings were cold by the time I got there. The staff consisted of only two women.

My son and I went out to eat and were told there was a one-hour wait, even though the restaurant was empty. It seemed that they were overwhelmed with too many online orders. During our last visit, we also had to wait a while, but definitely not an hour!

I visited wingstop on Saturday 13th august 2022. When I entered, I noticed that they were really busy. there were only 2 people. in spite of all the attitude in which the most patient man I have seen in such a hectic situation in which he was. When we approached theke, he still greeted us with a smile on his face, received our order, and not to mention, he also repeated it with a surprising smile on his face to ensure that he has heard us right, which they unfortunately do not see in most restaurants today. I would definitely return to this place for my lunch and dinner.

Wanted to try this place, and was excited for the 20 wings and a side deal. It took 45 minutes for my order to come out, and they forgot half of it. The wings were good (hence the two star review instead of one), but overall very disappointed.
