Very slow service and the chicken sandwich made my girlfriend very sick and she threw up this morning. It tasted like rubber. Reach out to me and refund my money and I will remove this review. View all feedback.
A Super Cheesy Burger as named on the menu that looks better than it tastes. Two slices of cheese on two burger patties Super Cheesy? ' No, no it doesn 't. And you don 't do bacon in an 'X ' you don 't get bacon in every bite. Do half slices side byside or shape the bacon into triangles then cook it. Customers get a far better burger experience with very little time addedto prep. And while the burger and fries were good but far from great and on a slow Sunday, the service was less thanattentive. Jessica was friendly, but was slow to bring out my burger, I had to ask for a drink refill and it took forever toget my ticket so I could settle up. You would think a basket with a dirty napkin in it set far to the side along with an emptymug would be a hint for her to come over and ask if I needed anything else.... Texting on her phone was more important
First, if you?re going to buy a bar, I?d advise that the first thing you may want to do is see what the customers liked and enjoyed. This place used to be amazing. 32oz beers, great pizza, and awesome chicken tenders and waffle fries. We would go atleast once a week or get carry out. WeI went last night with the new ownership and sadly will not be returning. Beers are nowsmaller. Probably 22oz for the same price. Kids? drinks were $4.59 EACH. The pizza has completely changed. Tastes like anyother commercially made pizza. The fried pickles are now 50% less in quantity but for the same price. The worst are the chickentenders. These have completely changed and are now basically cut up chunks of chicken breast instead of the entire whole actualtenderloin that it used to be. All of this for $125 for five people. Yikes. This has been one of my favorite bars for yearsnow. Sad to say we?re breaking up.
This used to be a great spot to unwind after work, but since it became Bowleros, that’s changed. Many people in Wichita finish work around 2:30 or 3 PM, but they’ve altered their hours and now don’t open until 4 PM, which is driving customers away. The atmosphere also feels less friendly than it used to be.
I experienced very slow service during my visit, and unfortunately, the chicken sandwich my girlfriend ordered made her quite ill; she was sick this morning. The sandwich had an unpleasant, rubbery texture. I would appreciate a refund, and I am willing to remove this review if you reach out to me.
The service was terrible and very slow. The staff hardly checked on us while we were there, and when it was time to pay, they didn’t even remember what we ordered. I won’t be returning anytime soon.
