Subway - Wichita

I went to get a sandwich but both doors were locked at 7pm. The website indicates that they are open until 9pm and the open signs were on, so I won't be returning anytime soon because I assumed they were closed.

Erin is an incredible employee! She flawlessly handled 3 separate orders (6 sandwiches) simultaneously, completing them all in under 5 minutes. She multitasked efficiently and even managed to check us out. She is the type of employee every business hopes for. The sandwiches were also the best I have ever had. Thank you, Erin!

I recently had the most amazing Subway sandwich of my life at this location. Despite being short-staffed with only one worker, the service was outstanding. Even with a line of customers, the worker remained calm and friendly while making the sandwiches quickly and deliciously. I didn't catch the worker's name, but he had a lip piercing and stretched ears. This location will definitely be my new go-to for Subway.

The staff at the restaurant were extremely busy with online orders and customers in line, but they made a significant effort to assist you quickly.

I used to visit this restaurant frequently. However, since the CDC updated their mask mandate, I believe it is important for the employees to continue wearing masks, especially since they handle my food and interact with me. I am not comfortable with the pandemic still worsening every day. It is not as if the virus disappears as soon as the food is cooked or prepared.
