Shea's Sol - Wichita

Shea's is the only vegan restaurant in Wichita and it is absolutely delicious. It's difficult to pick a favorite dish, but the chickun sandwich might be the winner for me. The prices are reasonable, making it easy to come back again and again. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready with a smile. I highly recommend Shea's to everyone, including non-vegan eaters who will surely leave with a satisfied belly. I am grateful to Shea for bringing her vegan comfort food to Wichita!

I have visited this restaurant about six times now and each time I have tried something new. They are fairly new and seem to have trouble with opening on time or running out of food early, but I believe this will improve over time. I really enjoy their loaded fries/tots and the burger I tried was also delicious. However, I did not care for their chicken sandwich, as it was difficult to chew. The owner of the restaurant is very friendly and Wichita still has limited options for vegan food, so I still recommend this place.

Shea always comes across as a charming individual and she is certainly a talented chef. I'm not usually a fan of imitation meat, but I would happily indulge in the "chicken" dish here anytime. Personally, I still prefer the cauliflower option though, haha. Just a heads up, they tend to sell out quickly, so I recommend getting there early!

Not only is the food delicious, Shea is also wonderful. Definitely stop by and check it out!

Shea always seems like such a beautiful person and she is definitiw an amazing cook. I usually don't like a fake meat, but I'd eat this chicken here at any time. I prefer the cauliflower, lol. they sell so early!
