Poppies Cafe - Wichita

Delicious breakfast with a good price. yummy house bakery, our fave is the coffee cake. we (3 of us) had the sausage and pepper sandwich, plant-powered breakfast sandwich and the plant-powered pesto grill cheese. everything was very tasty, filled and decently expensive.

I have visited this restaurant twice and had a great experience both times. During my first visit, I tried the kartoffels (potatoes) and roast cookies and gravy, which were delicious. The second time, I attended their New Year's brunch and enjoyed a southwestern bowl filled with delicious Mexican-style ingredients. This has quickly become my new favorite place!

I was pleasantly surprised by the vegan breakfast burrito - it was amazing.

I had been meaning to visit this hidden gem located in an office building for quite some time, and I'm glad I finally did. The breakfast street tacos and apple crêpe were delicious and I would definitely order them again. This city is lacking in good vegan options, so I'm excited to return and try more dishes from the menu.

Let the strange location you do not stop trying this place. You could be like me and think that there is no way this restaurant is in this building. If the hours weren't so limited, I'm sure I would have gone back. The Philly Cheesesteak was super delicious. Umami bomb. I want to go back.
