Maybe I had a review if I was recognized or sitting. no one who greets me. no one who sees me for 5 minutes. there must be a sitting customer find his waitress. same waitress that recognized me, but never came back. the next young lady from the series answered that she called me to stand right in front of her. We had a large group for a final dinner. I didn't expect much from a chain and such a big party, but they have the whole group very efficient when something impersonally treated. my steak sandwich was surprisingly good-both delicate and tasteful. my wife said her sirloin was also good and the sangria was a delicious drink. a very ( surprisingly) pleasant experience
We had a large group for a graduation lunch, and I wasn’t expecting much from a chain restaurant accommodating such a big party. However, they managed everything quite efficiently, though it felt a bit impersonal. My steak sandwich was surprisingly delicious—both tender and full of flavor. My wife also enjoyed her sirloin. The sangria was a delightful drink as well. Overall, it turned out to be a surprisingly pleasant experience.
Not terrible but their portion sizes are off. Steaks are good but never sized well. Steak wasn't cooked as requested. Just visit Texas Roadhouse and have a good experience.
This was my first time eating here and everything was Awesome!!!! We were seated a few minutes upon arriving, a few minutes later a waitress came and took our order. A few minutes after that she brought us some warm homemade bread with whipped but. Maybe 10 minutes after that she brought us a delicious salad. And 15 minutes later our main course arrived, steak and broccoli mine and my Husband's steak and fries!!!! It was more than enough we had to take some home and had it for dinner the next day!!!!! I give Longhorn Steakhouse an A+!!!!!!!??????
The service was outstanding! However, my steak was overcooked, which I typically dislike sending back. When I received the replacement, part of it was charred, and it was overly salted and extremely spicy. Everything else on the menu was delicious. My husband ordered the Porterhouse, but it was also burnt. After he sent it back, they brought him another one that was cooked properly on the outer edges but raw in the center. I don’t know what was happening that day, but it will be some time before we return.
