Ihop - Wichita

First time having IHOP in some years and I have to say that Cayla made my experience with helping me with my order easy, was very courteous, and even brought my food out to my car in this cold weather! Now for the food, it was okay. A little on the cooler side which I prefer my food hot. Cayla is the reason for my rating! This young woman needs to be recognized!

Ordered for dine in but an emergency call came in and i had to leave before order was on my table, asked them to box it up to go for me and they took care of it. Waitress was polite, friendly, and attentive. Server was also polite, attentive, and friendly. Nothing but good things to say about IHOP staff at this location. Thank you for all of you effort and understanding.

Very friendly service. Ihop just doesn’t feel the same anymore with their menu changes though….. they have taken a lot of their regular items off. You can’t get stuffed French toast anymore, you can’t get harvest grain and nut pancakes and those were like my two favorite things to get. You also don’t get the flavored syrups anymore either which was what really set ihop apart from any other breakfast place. The butter pecan syrup was my favorite on the harvest grain nut pancakes and now I don’t know what I am gonna do without my fix.

Great meal to start the day! Waitress was nice and service was quick. Only downside to this location was the state of the restroom. Looked like it hadn’t been checked or cleaned in a long time.

Food was amazing. Almost looked like the one on the menu when it arrived.Hot. Fresh. Pancakes delivered on order. Waitress was friendly and on point. Will definitely return again.
