The elderly gentleman working at the restaurant appeared annoyed. When I requested a child-sized portion for my son, he dismissively replied, "It's just a scoop of ice cream." Later, I ordered an oreo cream dessert and received two portions, which I was not expecting. The one he gave me had oreos that were not what I had asked for, although it tasted good. He insisted they were both oreo cream desserts. His tone of voice and demeanor made it clear he was not in a good mood. As he walked away, shaking his head, I felt discouraged from spending my money there again.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant. I didn't receive the waffle cone I had hoped for, but overall it was still a great experience! I will definitely be returning soon.

I ordered the strawberry cake for my granddaughter's birthday and it was disappointing. The cake looked old and unappetizing, like it had been sitting in a closet for a year. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to replace it before the party so I removed the shriveled strawberries and added fresh ones myself. I won't be ordering a cake from this restaurant again. I contacted the company office via email but never received a response, showing that they don't care about customer satisfaction. It's a shame I can't upload a picture to show how bad the cake looked.

It would get 5 stars next to the fact that the older man who works here is a complete piece work. super grouchy, very rude and very pushy. only because of this I will avoid coming here. sad

We were a group of 4. The 1st 3 of us placed our orders but somehow I was overlooked. When I pointed this out I was dealt a dose of attitude. I ordered a simple chocolate shake. It was little more than slightly thickened chocolate milk, made with attitude. Worst shake in my 60 plus years.
