I usually don’t dine out, but I decided to go today since my dinner didn’t defrost in time. There were only about four staff members working, which made the service a bit slow. However, the staff were friendly and attentive, which really made a difference. I was pleased to see that the supervisors were calm and composed, not stressing out either the guests or the team. If I could rate it zero stars I would. The lady at the drive through not only rushed us but also caught a attitude with us when we didn't do anything and we have sat there for five minutes and she wouldn't answer then got a attitude and told us to order do not come here! View all feedback.
Love their new crispy chicken, but all their food is great. This location on K-15 is great and convient.
Absolutely wonderful people who work there. have never been cold or that was not freshly cooked.
I went to the BK K-15 Pawnee. The young man that took my order was very courteous! The food was warm. My only complaint was that the Mozzarella sticks I ordered were not what I thought they would be. They tasted like saw dust with barely a hint of cheese taste. I literally ate 2 and tossed the rest they were so unpalatable. The Chi'King meal I ordered for my friend seemed to be ok when I got there and there were no complaints. I will Not be ordering the Mozz sticks there ever again.
