The gyro could have been wrapped better. The fries were inventive, and the drinks were good.

Always good!!! Only place that makes my Greek Gyro right.

Awful. Didn't get tomato on my sandwich. Asked for no vegetables on my wife's sandwich, got lettuce and tomato. Asked for no ice in my drink. Got ice. Asked for a cherry turnover. They were out. Asked for two cups of cheddar. Got none. My card was declined, even though I had plenty of money in the bank. This was the WORST experience I've ever had at Arbys!!!

I was a regular at this location until about a week ago! I truly have no words to describe the absolute lack of customer service and care my elderly dad and I got! We were threatened and cussed at, talk down to and made to wait after we asked for a refund after being threatened! I will never go back here and I truly hope that if this is a privately owned one that they get their franchise tag stripped! I will never accept someone trying to make my father feel horrible simply because they are a thug and can! Shame on you!

Last evening, my family and I decided to grab something to eat at the drive-thru. The person who served us—whose name I don't recall but who wore glasses—was incredibly polite and respectful. I just wanted to recognize his excellent service. He certainly deserves a compliment!
