I waited at the counter to order for about 5 minutes. Nobody noticed me except the cook, who stopped what he was doing to take my order, cook my food, and bring it to me. Arby's is consistently a great dining option, except for the fact that they served me old fries, which was quite frustrating.

The staff is always welcoming and cheerful. The food is cooked to order, ensuring it arrives hot and fresh every time.
For eating I like the sides more than the sandwiches/ wraps. I can't go wrong with her ugly pommes. the bratbeef was not the best in comparison to other franchises that have it. very friendly and attentive staff with fast service.
