I've said this across multiple locations for Wichita. Going to Popeyes is like dating a bipolar person. It's either the best experience of your life or the worst day ever. The wait times in the drive through can exceed 45 minutes. Sometimes the employees aren't exactly the most friendly. But the chicken is so good most people will put up with a shoddy experience. I usually love Popeyes, however last time I went I ordered a 10 piece tender box and three of my tenders were literal chicken nuggets. I contacted support about the issue AND submitted pictures and they just decided to not respond at all to the issue. View all feedback.
Always consistent but not always stocked with all types of chicken. Friendly staff.

Hey seriously guys I JUST FOUND A COCKROACH!!!!!! IN MY BAG OF FOOD!!!!! GROSS. NEVER EATING AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!! BEWARE!!
Very slow went to drive thru took 30minbut food good order correct.
Drive-thru line was long, as to be expected during lunch rush. Overall wait wasn't too bad. Once I ordered and getting to the window to pay and get order it was relatively quick. Overall they did a good job.
