Good food. Great service by hostesses and servers. Low rating due to how I’ve seen the short blonde manager/owner treat her employees and how unprofessional she presents/dresses. I do however, really like the male manager/owner. You can tell the employees do not enjoy their jobs and it’s a sad sight to see. Hopefully they get rid of that Ashley or Courtney chick!
You must try the Napoli salad. It was fresh and exceptional flavor combos We also enjoyed the focaccia bread app with marinated olives. Though I wish the olives were diced. I had the chicken piccata and it was delicious, though could have used a bit more seasoning. Atmosphere was wonderful. Staff was attentive and overall we had a great experience. Will go back again.
Tonight was our first time at Napoli. The atmosphere was comfortable and cozy. Our server (Zavier) was so friendly and helpful, and the meal from beginning to end was absolutely delicious! This Italian eatery is definitely a new favorite. Thank you Jeremy and staff for a delightful evening!
Food was great, service was, too. A very nice evening!!
Incredible food, classy and cozy atmosphere, and the service was impeccable. Cannot wait to return!
