What Fred N doesn't like about Meddys:
Had to stop here as they have a lot of great reviews. I had no issues with anything really. The service was great and quick, food was good. My only issue was how the food has been completely North Americanized. It had all the ingredients and looks of a shawarma plate but it was missing the flavour of the culture itself. The food is amazing. But live performance is really loud but enjoyable
Ordered for pickup at 8:30. Pulled up a little early expecting to wait, text the number our stall number, etc. Waited until 8:45 when my husband lost his patience went inside to grab our order. It had been sitting on the counter for who knows how long, was cold no one had an explanation as to why it wasn't ran out to us nor apologized. I've had a few iffy experiences before at other locations but this sealed the deal.:(At least the hummus was good.
