This Coffee Shop arguably has the best Coffee in Wichita. The staff is always nice. Just wish the place was bigger!?

The shop makes good coffee beverages and pastries/muffins. I utilize the drive through and usually dont stray away from my typical order or plain coffee drinks so I can’t review all of the food. They only issue with the store I have is the drive through speaker is loud enough to blow your ear drum out, and it is difficult to understand the person taking your order. Been like that for a loooooooong time and it’s terrible. Even with the terrible speaker, the coffee is worth it.

I 'm a regular. Unlike other coffee spots, a plain latte is usually delicious with no flavors or sugar or anything. Most places it is bitter or stale or cardboard flavor. Here it is perfect most of the time. I 've been going since pre-pandemic, and Beth and Melissa are amazing. It 's literally the first, and it is still among the best in Wichita. My kid likes their strawberry Italian soda. Their sons are good, too.

The baristas at il primo are so sweet and genuinely care about the quality of customer’s experiences. I went in and got a redbull spritzer today and when I was walking out, I accidentally dropped my drink and it spilled everywhere on their patio. I came back in with my empty cup and an apology and the woman at the front was already making me a new one. I even offered to pay for a new one but she was insisting on making a good experience for me. Not to mention the drinks are always top notch and they actually have pastries that are gluten free. A legendary coffee shop of ICT, at Central and Woodlawn. There is a long and rich history of premium drinks and quality baristas at this cafe, and our recent trip was a glowing example of why it is one of the best shops in the city. Both drinks we ordered were off of the back chalkboard menu, which is loaded with variety and creativity, and these drinks ended up being extraordinary. The professionalism at the counter as well as the drink presentation were all top level. The shop itself is narrow but long enough to find a cozy spot for conversation and chilling, with plenty of unique art and decor that spreads a good vibe. I rank Il Primo as one of the top coffee spots in Wichita and highly recommend it to everyone.
