The boba tea is here pretty good with plentiful variety in flavors. There is only one drink size, so that keeps things simple with ordering. Peak times can be congestion inside the shop so I would recommend ordering online and picking up. They have cute decorations. I love their dirty boba milk tea, might be one of the best in town. I can’t say the same about their friendliness though. I have had couple visits and most of staff members had attitude problem. They didn’t even look at you for over 1s or smile or even say thank you, especially the shorter girl with glasses that i unfortunately had my order taken with a few times. Amazing boba shop. Friendly staff and beautiful decorations. Boba taste phenomenal would highly recommend.
Not so much me but, some of my family enjoys Feng Cha, and I must say…I dread going in because it is the dirtiest boba place I have ever been to. Though it has a fun decorative look, the floors are ALWAYS filthy, covered in hair and who knows what else. Can’t say they have the best customer service either. A place like this does get a lot of traffic therefore floor vacuum mopping is necessary here EVERY hour. Get that together please.
If I could do half a star I would, I order extra boba x3 and they only gave me 1 scoop of boba, what’s the point of charging if you won’t serve it.
Always had the taro milk tea with boba because you just can’t go wrong with this option. However, today I ventured out to try the bursting dragon fruit and oh man, you can’t go wrong with that neither
