The General Manager of this business is very unprofessional, and if it looks bad from the outside, it’s 10 times worse from the inside. He treats all of his employees with such disrespect. Doesn’t even know how to make a Macchiato, yet is the manager of a coffee establishment. If you are unable to make it to work for say.. no sitter or anything family emergency related, your hours will be cut without any notice or reason as to why. Don’t work here even if it’s your last resort.
Ordering went fine the blood orange refresher with lemonade was really good. Here is the issue…the food you order generally sits in the freezer but I tried two things a sausage egg and cheese croissant and everything bagel bites. Both we’re freezer burned and the croissant was over burned in general. I couldn’t finish because the taste of freezer burn was so pungent..
This location doesn't accept gift cards for payment or the app. Might as well not call it a dunkin since they don't accept their own gift cards.
Cashier taking orders was wearing his mask under his chin. Mouth and nose were completely uncovered. He was rude when I asked for a 16 oz latte. He starts pulling the cups and says which one do you want. He acted like we were all inferior to him.
The workers at the ICT airport were extremely friendly and really made my morning before my flight today. Hope they keep up the great attitude!
