Every mobile order I have placed here has gotten messed up. Every time. Pickup and delivery. Doesn 't matter if it 's on their app or doordash. Never answer the phone they say oh it 's having problems. Wish I could just order a coffee and sandwich but honestly they 're the View all feedback.

I come here almost every morning, at first the service was absolutely amazing but since they have gotten new management and workers the past few months have been absolutely horrible!.. yesterday I was in and it wasn't very busy at all and I waited for 10 minutes at the counter, the manager and 2 other workers even looked at me and said nothing! before anyone even acknowledged I was there then about 5 minutes later someone came and took my order!. Sometimes my drinks are not even made the way I ask to be made!.Then today I go through the driver thru and order a hot latte large and it wasn't even all the way full!. ? But yet they want to charge you $6.00 for a latte they fill half way!. I have pictures of this but for some reason I can't post them!.I am about to be done as a customer and take my service somewhere else..
We’re visiting family and visit this location because there are few coffee options in a 3 mile radius. 8/10 times this location gets our order wrong: a large cup filled with 6oz coffee; added sugar syrup when we requested without; missing donuts; missing cream… the list goes on. They don’t even care either when we enter the store and nicely ask for a correction.
I 've read some.of these reviews and can 't believe some of it. But again I 've also been in the drive thru line when it 's been wrapped around the whole building and the inside of the store was packed full of people. I can say I have been to several locations in the Wichita area. This location is by far the best of all of them. The food quality, the coffee is always perfectly made, and the customer service even when yes they are slammed is superb! By 2ish they are usually pretty low on donuts but they don 't mind telling you what 's left. My only pet peeve and it 's a peeve, is when they put the chocolate covered donuts in the bags upside down. Sometimes I can 't get to mine until after I get the day going at work n all the chocolate is stuck to the bottom of the bag. That 's literally the only complaint I have. Keep doing fantastic guys! I also work retail and some customers u just can 't satisfy but yall are doing great! I moved further away and I 'll still drive allll the way out of my way just to come to this location.
