I’ve always had really great experiences with doc greens in the past. Today I went in and ordered a chicken tender meal with Mac and cheese, and chips and salsa. My meal was ready by the time I got to the counter to pay, so I had a feeling my tenders were not fresh. Sat down at the cleanest dirty table we could find. They messed up one order and forgot to bring the other. Server/cook wanted to argue with me when she brought the correct order 10 minutes after I received my food. When we left, I noticed they were huddled talking. Fantastic salads, friendly staff — definitely would recommend.
Normally have a good experience at this location. But today was quite the opposite. Ordered two sandwiches. Waiting 30 minutes for them to come ask what we had ordered. Waited another 5 minutes and they still weren’t working on it. Asked for a refund and something for our time but ended up just getting our money back. Will not be back.
Salads we got here were actually disgusting… not enough dressing in mine tastes like dirt. Moms had to much dressing everything was soggy…YUCK. Never coming back.
Derby location is better than this location..This location doesn't make the salads that well.
