Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

Sad sad steak. Way too raw and reheating only makes the flavor worse so I opted to not. Knives were so awful I could have cut easier with a fork. I know this isn't a steak house but the meat inside was cold and my husband's looked worse. His was purple.

We ate at the Cheddars on 13th Street on Sunday, December 18. Although we were told that we would have a 40 minute wait, we noticed that many tables were empty. After waiting for our table, we were seated and then ignored. Nobody stopped by to give us water or see if we needed anything. Not a fan. The Queso is like school nacho cheese. Absolutely gross. For a nice restaurant they have no quality food. Monte Cristo has too much breading and no sandwich. Service lacks because of staffing. Atmosphere reflects that.

Unprofessional staff!!! Is the management staff asleep or hiding somewhere??? When customers are told they will have to wait 1—1 1/2 hrs to be seated then why are there 4—5 employees standing around talking and laughing at the check-in desk?

Rude employees when I called to make a pick-up order and it's ridiculous that you can't call in an order anymore. There are plenty other business like every single other restaurant that you can call in an order to pick-up.
