What Scarlett Baughman doesn't like about Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store:
Lunch — dine in service was polite and speedy. Ding room was all but empty when we sat down. However customers slowly filled the seats around us on the south side while leaving the north side empty. I'm not sure why other senior aged customers didn't spread out. Food was hot and fresh, fries were crispy, ice cream was delicious. View all feedback.
Been going downhill lately with customer service and accurate orders! Dairy Queen seems to be better on the ice cream and service.

Change in management lately? Place has taken a drastic turn in recent weeks…lack of training, cleanliness and frequently out of supplies.
The ice-cream is good, but their hamburgers are bland. The Braum's on 21st and Tyler has much better burgers.
Good, quality fast food and their ice cream is one of the best values around. Also like that I can order a side of gravy with fries!
