The sandwich I got was not that good. Literally dripping with sauce. Also some curly fries in with my crinkle fries. BUT, I give 5 stars to the young man working the drive through. His name tag said Brian and he was pleasant and professional. Very rare now days, especially at fast food restaurants. What Liz I doesn't like about Arby's:
People were nice and food was hot. Okay if you're not in a rush. Place was empty and still took about 15 minutes to get 4 value meals and missed an order of fries. The guy who came in after us got his meal first. Also was not convenient to access from I35/Turnpike. View all feedback.

It does not taste like there's any mocha in your mocha shake! I'm very disappointed.

Chicken Club Wrap. Fresh made to order. Fries were hot and cooked perfectly. Drive thru window staff was wonderfully pleasant. Did not have a long wait.
