As fans o... read more Once we arrived in Arivaca, we took a stroll along the Arivaca Cienega trails before placing an order for burritos and some dirty rice with cornbread. As fans of Mexican cuisine, we’ve tried countless burritos, but we can confidently say that the ones at Arivaca Soul Food are the best we’ve ever had! The accompanying rice and beans were also delicious, and the salsa was excellent. The dirty rice and cornbread were simply the best I’ve ever tasted! The cook is truly a master at using spices. To top off our meal, we indulged in strawberry shortcake, peach cobbler, and sweet potato pie—delights that felt like a heavenly experience. Even though we are all on diets, we couldn’t resist their desserts and ended up taking some home for later. We can’t recommend this place enough! It’s a good idea to call ahead to confirm their hours and ask about specials before picking up your food. You won’t regret it! We’re already planning our next trip to Arivaca for more of their incredible dishes. We noticed on their Facebook page that they also offer Teriyaki bowls, which we’d love to try sometime!

The staff is exceptionally caring and well-trained, providing efficient service every time. Most importantly, the food is truly exceptional. I’ve been there multiple times, and I have always left delighted. The prices are reasonable, and I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.
