Tancks Corner - Whittlesea

After being a loyal Australia Post customer for more than 50 years, I can confidently say that this is the best service I have ever received from any Post Office in Australia. The staff here are incredibly polite, friendly, efficient, capable, and welcoming. They are truly dedicated to providing excellent customer service. In my opinion, they should be leading the Australia Post Corporation, or at the very least, be used as a model for how every Post Office should be run.

The service at this restaurant is excellent. I had never been here before, even though I always drive past it. I needed to get my children's passports done, but I forgot to bring a second photo. The kind man behind the counter told me to go home and get it, and he would wait for me. When I returned, 20 minutes before closing time, he was still helping other customers but he still processed my request, even though it was after 12pm when they were supposed to close. Other places would have told me to come back on Monday, but I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

The staff at this restaurant is extremely friendly. This was my first visit, but in the brief time I spent there, it was clear that the staff knew every person who entered. It was a very personalized and welcoming experience.

Very friendly operators and great customer service. Always a pleasure to deal with.

Only sign you will see is for the post office. Pull in here and be prepared for a nice surprise. Quaint old style country store wit PO and bank built in. Dropped in for a snack and a coffee. Service was great.
