The employees are courteous and efficient, but the food itself is nothing out of the ordinary, typical of KFC. There is plenty of seating available. It is worth noting that this outlet is only open during the shopping center's operating hours, closing at 9pm on Thursdays and Fridays, and at 5pm on weekends. A previous review of the Doreen location did not mention this restriction.

We had a long day at work and cooking was not on the agenda for the night. After placing our order, my wife noticed a strange smell in the air that wasn't the usual KFC scent - it was greasy and sour. Ten minutes later, a young child with pimples and hair clips recommended that we leave before they closed at 7:15 pm on a Friday night. We decided to wait for our order, but it took longer than expected.

I ordered a burger combo for a discounted... read more I visited this restaurant right after lunch on a weekday and had to wait for about three or four minutes to be served. I ordered a burger combo for a discounted price of A$6.95 from a coupon I got from Woolworths. Looking back, I think the 'streetwise deal' with two pieces of chicken, chips, and a Pepsi or other soft drink would have been a better and more satisfying option than the burger deal. The staff member who served me was friendly, but they put too much salt on the chips. The Pepsi was cold, and the food court in the shopping center was relatively empty. I had to request a tray as all the food would have otherwise been packed in a brown paper bag.
