Subway - Whittier

Very disappointed in today's app order. The app is supposed to speed things up. Yet I arrived ten minutes early and patiently waited when my app said the order was ready. They hadn't even started on it. So frustrating why have an app and a time if it's not doing to be ready. This location is usually great.

Great food and service. This Subway does accept coupons, found out others don't and will not be going back to those. With things so expensive these days, the coupons really help out with families. Awesome choices and great fresh sandwiches.

I went to this location today and I was told that I had to pay extra money to have my bread toasted!! I found that to be very suspicious in addition when I inquired of the cost she did not know. I told the server that I had never heard of such a thing and she stated it has always been that way. Her statement was not true at all. I chose to leave!!

I decided get a spicy Italian foot long sandwich. My sandwich was tasty, hot and fresh. I also added a small drink and much to my surprise the total came up to $12.00 and change. I know minimum wage is up, so next time I will go to a full service restaurant with table service for that type of costs. I just ate at Hill Street Cafe in Los Angeles and my chicken sandwich was about $4.00 more. And that is the reason I gave subway only 3 stars. The employees was great, I just expect better prices.
