Mcdonald's - Whittier

In the past few months, every time I place an order inside, it takes more than ten minutes to receive it, even when the food is ready. The employees seem unwilling to make the effort to serve customers in the restaurant. I’ve noticed that many orders are left sitting behind the register. It's hard to understand how this McDonald's can represent the brand. Having previously worked at McDonald's, I know the effort required to be part of the team. This location clearly needs to invest in proper training for its employees and implement better oversight.

I felt very comfortable at this McDonald's. Although the restaurant and its surroundings were busy, they kept things running smoothly and provided good customer service. The fries and soda I had were great. There was a decent number of customers, and the staff members I interacted with were very pleasant. I would definitely come back (unless I had to avoid the Washington area).

The service was excellent, and the staff truly enjoyed the experience they provided. I didn't encounter any issues during my visit. The service was both fast and friendly. While there were some delays due to new employees, they handled everything with professionalism. Overall, it was a positive experience!

The service was disappointing; the staff didn't even say thank you. The food arrived cold, and the fries were stale. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 2, and the atmosphere a 3.
