Find great uptown! We stayed for a walk around Uptown after dinner at the delicious Nixon Steakhouse and discovered La Monarca. So sad that I have to leave this review because I LOVE this place, but the man who worked the register this morning, 12/08/22, turned me away because I had my little dog in my arms. I wanted to tell him I wanted to order, but he ignored me. The institution should rethink its servants. I'm so glad Mimo? The cafe next door could serve me delicious food and a latte. You're great! I always make it a point to visit this place whenever I'm in California for vacation. However, I don't understand why they are closed on the two busiest days of the week. It's frustrating because they could be serving guests at the DoubleTree Hotel during that time.
Great Cafe de Olla! I absolutely love this location, as well as the one in South Pasadena. The staff is very nice and friendly, and the food is delicious. Highly recommended!
I visited the restaurant for Easter to enjoy some dessert, and everything was absolutely delicious. I ordered the sample cake tray, and it was a huge hit with my family. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and I will definitely return for coffee!
Service and food 5/5. Had the breakfast biscuit with eggs and sausage. Two sauces, red and green and both equally tasty and biscuit was flaky and went well with the eggs and sausage.
Great coffee, food and bakery items. Excellent service.
