The burgers here are pretty tasty i enjoyed every bite really. The patty was nicely seasoned, potato bun was flavorful, and the fries were thin and crispy. Their sauce complimented everything quite nice as well. But to be honest, it’s quite pricey for it being a tiny burger. I was still hungry after a double cheeseburger with fries. I’d love to come here more often and make it a thing but not that often because $30 fo... View all feedback.
What Grace Lidzbarski doesn't like about For The Win:
First visit, probably last visit. Although the staff was nice and friendly.... the burger was just not for me. I ordered my burger protein style and the patty was as thin as a leaf of lettuce. It looks like there a small patio on the side but it was closed off.It seems like a good LUNCH take spot more that a sit down burger joint.
So today I went there for a quick bite. I just ordered the fries ? but let me tell you that I'm excited to go back an try the burgers ? . As soon as I walked in it smelled so good. I got my order pretty fast and the service was amazing.
The best burgers in town. Great taste and well worth the wait!
It's a hole in the wall smash burger spot with a fun quirky crew and minimal frills.A little on the pricey side, the double burger is around $14 and is quite tasty.Pros- good food, funteresting staffCons- be prepared to wait, my burger at 2pm took almost 20 minutes- no bathroom. Don't know if it's just not offered or was actually out of service- zero ambiance- not a lot of parking
It 's a whole in the wall, you walk right into the kitchen and ordering counter. That being said, it 's strictly a burger joint. Nothing crazy, burgers, fry 's, drinks. They specialize in smash burgers. This place is known in LA and some instagramers say it 's the best in LA. I 'm a say, it 's personal preference. It 's a good burger, Crispy edges, smashed, grilled oinions, mushrooms to i think, lots of melted cheese, I added lettuces and tomatoes to mine, on a soft bun. It 's a really good smashed burger and the price isn 't to crazy, I think starts at $10ish to $15. Frys are good, everything is made to order and fresh. It 's really a simple joint that focuses of the food, which is simple a good burger. I 'd recommend you try and decide for yourself if it 's the best burger in LA.Parking: A small strip mall type establishment. Limited parking. There is street parking.Kid-friendliness: Not kid-friendly, very limited seating. Best to get it to go if your with little ones.
