Love, love, love this place. I'm hooked. Everytime I'm there I can't decide between the Cheese Foam Green Tea or Cheese Foam Grape Green Tea so i get both. The Owners are very nice and the employees are too. View all feedback.
What Timotej Likar dislikes about Chami Tea:
I would've gave a better review if it wasn't for the inconsistent closing times. I don't want to play are you open or not' when I feel like boba after dinner. But other than that, I was happy with my cheese foam green tea. View all feedback.
I absolutely love this small tea bar with amazing boba! They offer a wide variety of drinks on their menu and the interior is both fun and well decorated. It's hard to find boba options in Whittier, so I'm thrilled to have discovered this gem. The parking is easy and abundant, and the location is away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. Plus, I appreciate that they use reusable plastic cups.
I am a big fan of their delicious teas and add-ins, but what really sets this restaurant apart for me is their commitment to using recyclable cups.
We were searching for a dessert on our way from LAX to San Bernardino and my partner showed me a picture of cream puffs that caught my eye. The cream puffs were like toasted bread filled with taro and boba. Unfortunately, the actual dessert didn't quite live up to the picture. The bread was just plain white bread and the filling didn't have much flavor. We arrived at night so we didn't get to try the boba, but I would consider trying it next time.
