Mcdonald's - Whitsett

Cashier was a little rude. She put in our order wrong, and we didn 't get our hasbrown with the order. I asked for my muffin well done and it came out under done. My husband went back to get his hashbrown we didn 't receive with our order, the cashier handed him the order, and the hasbrown was torn apart and under done. Several other customers were waiting for long periods of time, and their orders were incorrect as well. Cashier really didn 't seem like she cared.

We eat at many McDonalds locations while traveling, and this is a great one. The food is hot and tasty. The staff are friendly and quick to get the food out. They brought our food and drinks to the table and asked if we needed anything else. It is clean and feels very modern. Highly recommend.

Customers be very careful ordering your food at this particular Mc Donald’s. STAFF will not take up for you if you’re being harassed by a customer. They will just sit and watch the scene. A customer used harsh profanity words to me and even got in my face yelling and spitting in my face because I almost tripped over her 12 month old, who she had running freely around the store. I couldn’t see because I had bags in my arms. YES, I had got attacked by a customer and it was so embarrassing how that lady act over something she should had controlled of. I am very disappointed of the staff members who let that happened to me and in their public restaurant.

The best BBQ around.Service is great and staff is friendly.

Come almost every night around 12- 1am ish and Sean also greets with an amazing attitude and serives and he basically runs night shift forever greatful to him and how fast he gets our food out even being late . 100/10 worker
