The meat patty... read more The cheeseburger with fries should have been straightforward, but it wasn't. I asked for BBQ sauce, but instead the burger was slathered in mayo. The meat patty tasted like it was frozen and reheated, and the bun was so greasy that it was inedible. The fries were overcooked and seemed to have been fried twice. I couldn't eat any of it—definitely a waste of $14.

The manager and the chef seem to cater to him, which is quite frustrating. They should address this issue, as it might encourage more people to come back.
