The food tasted like it?s been in the freezer for way too long. It was so cold in there, one of the other customers asked if they were hanging a deer. I saw several customers leave to get coats. The waitresses reason for the sub-zero temperatures was that a year ago it was 110 outside, so we?re not going to change it. The service was great, the food was not.

I usually have a great experience at this restaurant, but today was different. I called in for a chicken basket and was informed it would take about ten minutes. When I arrived to pick it up, the server who had given me that estimate (the same person) told me that the fryer was broken. I asked her why she hadn’t called me back to let me know, and she said she didn’t know how to use the caller ID. It's still the best burger place in town, but when I'm at work, I only have one opportunity to step out, grab food, and return.

The staff here are friendly and eager to assist us. Our waitress, Brooke, is delightful to talk to and suggested an excellent beer, Ziegen Bock. The bartender, Morgan, is quick to smile and brought my beer and my wife's Margarita in no time. The fried pickles are fresh, hot, and definitely pickly. I absolutely love the Southwest burger. This delicious sandwich arrived before I had even finished my second Ziegen Bock. The burger is thick and juicy, piled high with bacon, onion rings, pickles, and it’s simply delicious. Don’t forget to ask for queso!
