Was A Google User at Mulligan’s a mag?
I visited this restaurant and dined here for five consecutive evenings. Unfortunately, the catfish and hushpuppies were overcooked. On the bright side, the fries and wings were delicious, and the poblano queso was exceptional. On the other four visits, the food was fantastic. The quality of the food has noticeably deteriorated since they started using frozen ingredients; it seems like hardly anything fresh comes from the kitchen anymore. They even made the questionable choice to use frozen pizza dough, which I find completely unacceptable. The food was tasty, the beer was served ice-cold, and despite the crowd, the service was impressive.
The food is outstanding and reasonably priced, the atmosphere is delightful, and the wait staff is the best you'll find anywhere.
The food has gone down hill since they switched to frozen everything,hardly anything is fresh coming out of that kitchen. They even had the audacity to switch to frozen pizza dough which in my opinion was definitely not okay. The atmosphere feels sad anddepressing like the staff isn't that happy with what they're putting out there. Once upon a time this place had good food and agreat atmosphere but those days are long over since some new management took over and some of their cooks walked out.
