I just went to this location as it's the closest to me. The store is nice and well layed out. They had plenty of staff and plenty of customers. Parking lot was packed, gas pumps were have taken up and customers kept coming. Lady at the register (shortgray hair) was polite and helpful. People are all wearing masks, most customers too. Nice selection and well organized. I'mcoming from a 7-11 area and I must say WaWa crushes them down to the employees. Happy Camper.

I visited this gas station on March 12, 2022, at 11:41 AM to fill up my tank. Surprisingly, the gas pumps, which are usually bustling on a Saturday, were relatively empty that day, with only a couple of other cars aside from mine. Despite this, I waited for over 10 minutes for service. Eventually, an elderly attendant approached my window and rather rudely said, “I guess you want service.” Given that New Jersey has not transitioned to self-serve gas, yes, I do need assistance to fill my tank! I don’t typically hang out at the gas pumps just for fun. Earlier in the week, I had another unpleasant experience here when I got gas in the morning. A younger attendant was rude when I handed him my debit card, telling me it declined and implying I had no money. I assured him there was plenty in my account. I then offered him my credit card and requested $10 worth of gas. He scoffed at my request, asking, “$10?” to which I replied affirmatively. It seems like Wawa might need to retrain some of their employees in customer service skills. I’ve been coming to this Wawa for years and have never encountered such rudeness until this week.

Can Wawa clarify why my two classic subs were different lengths? The hot sub was about 3 inches shorter than the cold one. I’m assuming they use different sized rolls for hot and cold subs.

This location consistently struggles with curbside pickup orders. I’ve used curbside service at other places without any issues, but every time I come here, something goes wrong. Just yesterday, they handed me diet Cherry Pepsi when I specifically ordered regular. Today, they forgot the sour cream packets I paid extra for! By the time I drive home and realize these mistakes, I’m not willing to drive all the way back to get the correct items. I ended up throwing the diet soda away, which was disappointing. I think I’ll stick to the Pemberton location where the staff provides excellent customer service.

Beautiful and busy wawa! Short older lady with glasses didn?t greet me or thank me. It?s not the first time. The staff behind deli counter are okay. The girl behind the coffee was really pleasant.
