I visited this fast food restaurant today, December 10, to pick up an online order while my mom waited in the car. Unfortunately, a rude employee, who seemed quite unprofessional and was missing teeth, began yelling at my mom because she thought the car was too loud. In reality, it wasn’t that loud. This employee was standing outside, smoking a cigarette and talking on the phone with someone she referred to as her “pimp boyfriend.” While all this was happening, she came inside and started shouting at me, asking, “Is that your mom or dad in the car?” I answered politely, saying it was my mom. She then demanded to know what I needed, to which I replied that I was there to pick up my mom's online order. From there, she continued to yell, insisting we needed to get the order because she was about to tell my mom to leave for revving her car. Despite my mom clearly waiting, she slammed the door and went back outside to yell at her, even threatening to fight her. Overall, this experience was incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. The service was so poor that my mom managed to download the app and place an order before they even acknowledged us on the intercom. I cannot recommend this place and hope the employee realizes how unacceptable her behavior was.
Sat at order board waiting 10 minutes after being ask to wait. Was pulled up to between the windows until food was ready. Then motioned to pull up and pay. Total time 33 minutes. Only car in driver thru. I'm white and it matters how you will be treated. Employee was very rude, no apology for the wait, I said thank you and have a nice day. No response.
I spent 15 minutes trying to place my order and then faced a 30-minute wait to receive all my food. I had to get up multiple times to request missing items. The restaurant was empty, so this was really unacceptable. The staff moved at a snail's pace when interacting with customers but seemed to have plenty of energy for goofing off in the back. Overall, it really soured what should have been an ordinary day.
Very slow set at the speaker for 5 minutes no one answered. Pulled up to window and they said they had large orders.3 cars blocked drive through so I couldn't leave. Just spent 10 minutes with no food just waiting to leave. Not my first bad experience with this location. Things like this is why BK can't compete with McDonald's.
