Panago Pizza - Whitehorse

The pizza was pretty average overall. The toppings were great, but the dough was undercooked. It might be a good choice for a hangover. It felt like the place was part of a national chain or something similar. I was on hold for 10 minutes just to place my order, which was quite frustrating. They told me it would take 15 minutes to be ready, but when we arrived after 20 minutes, they hadn’t even put it in the oven yet. Overall, it was just overwhelmingly mediocre.

The menu didn't have any prices, which was incredibly frustrating. The front of the restaurant is still covered in some absurd plexiglass, making it difficult to communicate. There’s also no bathroom available. I ordered the Honey Garlic chicken wings, but the *powder* on them was completely unidentifiable; they did not taste like honey or garlic at all. The frozen wings are put in a moving tray oven for just 10 minutes, which sounds typical, but they were undercooked. To top it off, I ordered an 8-piece pack and received 5 wings and 3 drumettes instead of the expected 4:4. The tiny wing pieces didn't even offer a satisfactory bite. Overall, it was the worst wing experience I've ever had, ranking among the very bottom of dining experiences.

The cashier could use some improvement in customer service skills. However, the pizzas have consistently been excellent.
