However, when I returned to add a forgotten item, they refused to let me add just one more at the window. The customer service was disappointing and seemed unprofessional. I won’t be coming back.

The staff, who were once fantastic, now come across as rude, unhelpful, and seemingly uninformed. They refused to take drive-thru orders, demanding that all customers order inside. After finally going in, I waited a long time before anyone helped me at the register. When I placed my order, the employee entered my side items without asking for my preferences, and I had to remind her. She also had a noticeable attitude throughout our interaction. I asked for my food to be extra crispy, but when I checked before leaving, it was the regular version. When I brought it up, she argued with me, wrongly insisting I had ordered the original. To make matters worse, I didn’t even receive a receipt. Despite the low number of customers, service was slow, and the staff’s behavior was unacceptable. I’ve decided to go to the E Broad St location instead, where service is faster and friendlier.
