It took over an hour for my order to be prepared.

The woman taking my order was quite rude and made me feel uncomfortable for requesting extra items in my bowl. Even after she filled my bowl, she asked what I had ordered right before ringing me up. The food itself was not good; I requested double steak, but they told me it wasn't available, which was confusing since I was willing to pay extra for it. I don't think I'll be returning to Chipotle again, as I've had much better food and service at Qboda!

You could see the bottom of the bowl yet and I simply wanted a normal amount of rice, not extra. She said I needed to pay for it if she gave me any more rice. It is little things like this that make a customer never want to come back to your franchise ever again. Why am I arguing over a spoonful more of rice?
