I visited Chipotle for the first time and had a disappointing experience. The woman taking my order was quite rude and made me feel uncomfortable for requesting extra items in my bowl. Even after she filled my bowl, she asked what I had ordered right before ringing me up. The food itself was not good; I requested double steak, but they told me it wasn't available, which was confusing since I was willing to pay extra for it. I don't think I'll be returning to Chipotle again, as I've had much better food and service at Qboda!
Worst chipotle I have ever been to. I was here twice, both times the lady refused to give me more rice when requested. You could see the bottom of the bowl yet and I simply wanted a normal amount of rice, not extra. She said I needed to pay for it if she gave me any more rice. It is little things like this that make a customer never want to come back to your franchise ever again. Why am I arguing over a spoonful more of rice?
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant due to poor service and a rude cashier. After she made a mistake with my order, I was left standing there when I asked about a $3 extra charge for guacamole that she hadn't mentioned beforehand. Then Josh came over, and he tried to shortchange me by giving me just a small amount of meat on top of a scoop of rice. It was disappointing to see that he also didn’t handle the situation well; when I tried to explain my concerns about the cashier, he seemed indifferent. I won't be returning, and I suggest that you think twice before going there.
Every table, whether occupied or available, was dirty. We had to request the staff to clean one for us. Despite there being enough staff members around, the tables remained filthy!
Was just in there about few minutes ago with my family and the service by the new worker I think she was it was awful first of all I am a guy born one and she called me a girl very disrespectful and she did my order wrong and and the nerve to laugh and make a seen after I told her the order was fine and I would take it even tho it’s not what I asked this is close to my home this restaurant has got to do better
