This is definitely the slowest and worst service I’ve ever encountered at a Subway.

However, when I went to eat it, the bread was stale, crumbly, and crunchy at the ends. I'm really frustrated with this recurring issue, especially when they advertise fresh bread!

Whe... read more I've been visiting this subway for quite some time since it's the only one in town. However, for the past four months, my experiences have been frustrating. Whether it’s the workers who are hard to find or the loud death metal music playing at full volume, the atmosphere is off-putting. The daytime staff especially seem disinterested and unwelcoming; their attitudes are disappointing, and their customer service skills are severely lacking. It’s evident that they could benefit from some retraining. I really dislike coming here, but unfortunately, it's the only sandwich option available in town. The quality of the sandwiches reflects the overall lack of enthusiasm from the employees – they really seem to need to reconsider their jobs.

Regardless, I attempt to order our family 's sandwiches. Employee impolitely asks how many sandwiches are we ordering. Son tells him three, gets responded with disrespectful energy. Ordering my woman 's sandwich I ask for Italian bread. Employee gruntly asks which one? There 's two. I said oh I didn 't know there was more than one only to be responded with There has always been two kinds . I threw the towel in and went somewhere else. Employee needs to grow up and get over himself.
