So far ive been here for breakfast 3 times this week, pictured is the chubby hippie (i think) everything is cooked order, the one thing I?m impressed with is it the kitchen staff are not afraid to use seasonings. I got the grits. I loved the grits. Thescramble that I got was really really good, not a fan of broccoli for breakfast but hey it?s good for me right?. it?s got a verycool atmosphere, all the staff are friendly, and the coffee never ends. I have not tried a piece of their pie yet, but I thinkthis morning, I?m gonna get a piece to go. I?ve heard that they have quiche on Sundays. I plan on having a piece of that to gofor lunch.
This has always been my go to place on my yearly Kalispell/Whitefish visits. Now I understand what some of the locals have been telling me. I have bragged about and sent many travelers there. No more. I ordered several of my favorites and there wasissues with all. The biscuits and gravy literally came out cold and after stopping a server to warm it up in the microwave heacted like I was really doing him a disservice. Well after 45 seconds in the microwave it was barely lukewarm so that tells youjust how cold it was when it was served. The stuffed French toast with raspberry was absolutely awful as well. Uncooked on theinside and was disgusting. Barely could get a refill on coffee and my sausage patty was just a little over the size of a dollarcoin. My experience matches what others have been saying. Ridiculously bad service and barely average food for the pricespaid. Use to love this place.
This southern girl is over the moon she found this little treasure trove. Charming environment. Charming staff Burger was great. Huckleberry/mixed berry pie is definitely something to brag about. If only they could overnight a pie to my mama inLouisiana. I would say this place is a must if you are ever in Whitefish.
Grabbed breakfast here twice while in Whitefish. They do takeout. I had the eggs Benedict with grits. Good coffee. Lively atmosphere everyone was very nice. They were busy both mornings but I was able to grab a seat at the bar.
The last time we ate here was five years ago and it was exactly how we remembered it, delicious! The place was packed on a Sunday morning but, they still got us seated in about 15 mins. The food was served quickly, which was helpful since we had two hungry toddlers. The artwork on the walls helps bring the charm to this place, and it's for sale if anyone's interested. No trip to Whitefish is complete without stopping at Loula's Cafe!
