Beautiful view of the river beach from our outdoo... read more I found this fantastic café while looking for places for my wife and visiting me along the Rappahannock River. Beautiful view of the river beach from our outdoor table; complete with socially distant seating. The staff was friendly, fast efficient. The reception we received was great. My wife had the softshell crab I had a dozen fried oysters. Super fresh seafood! Both orders came w/cooked kale Willabys style mac-n-cheese. These were delicious compliments to the super fresh well prepared crab oysters. We planned our next visit to Willaby's Cafe while we enjoyed our dinner this evening. Willaby's Cafe is a great place to stop for lunch or dinner, or a to-go snack when you walk along the east coast.

Willaby’s has an extensive array of craft beer on t... read more Our party of 6 had an amazing dinner in a beautiful setting overlooking the sunset on the Rappahanock River. Willaby’s has an extensive array of craft beer on tap to please the beer drinkers in our group. We even sampled a Jalapeño and Basil beer at the suggestion of the owner who was very attentive to our group throughout the evening. Each of us ordered a different entree and everyone enjoyed their choice. The restaurant took all the necessary precautions for Covid 19 making social distancing and mask wearing. The overall dining experience was excellent and we all agreed Willaby’s will be one of our Go To places.

That meant lo... read more We were glad to find a restaurant on the water that allowed dogs, but we had to get take out and eat outside because there was no outside service. That meant lots of plastic waste with take out containers and utensils. The servers inside were not veryfriendly or helpful and the food was just okay. We did like the waterfront location though.

Catfish was delicious, as was the homemade parmesan peppercorn dressing. No coffee is served at lunchtime,though.
