This is ridiculous!! Forced to go to Stop Shop and pay considerably more $15.99) for less quality. What 's the point of being an elite Prime member if WF isn 't going to put the safeguards in place so all or at least those members who arrive minutes after the store opens could reap the benefits? Poor management. Reprehensible!
I've been trying to get a delivery window for weeks. I was able to get one today, and promptly ordered 27 items. Received a message that my order was being picked; another that my order was finished; and then a third message that my order could not be delivered. This company has no interest in customer service, and I can't wait for Wegmans to open in June.
This has to be the worst whole foods I have been to. There are not enough employees working behind the deli counter. The workers there look miserable. I waited 10 minutes to order a sandwich, and then they tell me they are out of one of the meats. Everything is a mess here, and for some reason the door near the dining area is stuck open so in the middle of winter the cold air just blows in. On top of all this, you also have to pay for parking. Has whole foods gone down since Amazon bought them?
It's just to-go coffees inside whole foods. no ambiance
Worst Wholefood store I ever visited. I should have read the review first as had similar negative experience here. The employee at vegetable area looked like hating his job. It also took 15min to check out due to some account issue with a senior lady in front of me. She looked very upset and didn't apology for inconvenience caused. The staff and manager standing next to her with cold faces, with no explanation or any willingness to direct the customers including me behind her to another counter for checkout or even simply saying sorry. I don't feel being respected or welcomed at this store and won't shop here any more.
