Dunkin' - White Plains

They always get the order WRONG! Every time I get a simple bacon egg and cheese with a side of hash-browns, sounds easy, right? It comes back wrong. Well, this worker ?Maria? can?t seem to get the orders right. Like today I asked for a bacon egg cheeseand got no cheese on it and it was slightly burnt, black around the edges. There?s 2 more incompetent workers and they all DONOT SPEAK ENGLISH, if they don?t know what you said, they?ll just add whatever they think you said. One time I asked for a baconand cheese and I got a bacon and egg with no cheese. And half the time they always forget the hash-browns, it drives me mad, youhave ONE simple job. I?m now forced to sit there and open everything up in-front of everyone to make sure it?s correct. CHECKYOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE!

The breakfast is generally quite good, although it can be inconsistent on occasion. Nevertheless, I highly recommend it. The staff is wonderful!

Worst donut ever. I ordered avocado toast and received this instead. When I returned to complain, there was no one around, even though the restaurant was open. I waited for 10 minutes. Plus, the avocado had a bad smell; I couldn't eat it at all.

Terrible experience. I ordered two bagels, but guess what? I never received them. I ended up being late to my sister's tennis match because of their awful service and the fact that I didn't have breakfast. Now I'm stuck here with a headache.

I believe that Dunkin' is fantastic, and I really enjoy this particular location. Thank you for the excellent service!
