The food was excellent, but the wait time was crazy. I've never seen it so busy. I guess everyone hits up Chipotle on Thursday nights for dinner.
Tried to order in person at 11:30am. (Mind you, their hours are 10:45am-10pm) This location is not taking orders and are turning customers away.The time before this we ordered at 11, waited in store till 1145 till I left without my food, line of 30 people waiting for takeout.New management please!!!
Ordered a salad, they were running low on their salad mix in the serving station and refused to accommodate my request for more salad mix than the tiny bit they placed in the bowl. I noticed there was an abundance of stems from the lettuce in the mix and asked them to remove it from the bowl before putting the protein and other toppings on the salad. The server refused. An associate standing next to the cashier yelled, that 's just the way the salad comes! This Associate continued to yell and berate my requests. I paid for the salad and left, I won 't be returning to this location. The store itself was noticeably dirty and not well stocked with food items at the serving stations. Save yourself the trip and visit another chipotle location.

Beyond awful. Ordered through app. Whoever prepared the order clearly can’t read. Received something completely different. Horrible experience. Stay away from this Chiptole location. When I called they hung up on me!!!!! RUDE AND DISGUSTING
